Throughout his coaching career, Beidelman has helped develop numerous student-athletes who have continued their basketball careers at NCAA Division I, II, and III institutions. His approach emphasizes leadership, discipline, basketball IQ, teamwork, and character development.

"Austin's passion for mentoring young people, his extensive coaching experience, and his commitment to building a positive program culture make him an outstanding choice to lead Viking Basketball," said Diane Young, Principal of Allentown Central Catholic High School. "We are excited to welcome him to our school community and look forward to the impact he will have on our student-athletes."

In addition to his coaching accomplishments, Beidelman is a dedicated educator. He has served as a 4th Grade Teacher at Cetronia Elementary School in the Parkland School District since 2017, where he is known for creating engaging learning environments that foster accountability, leadership, and personal growth. He recently earned a Master of Science in Effective Teaching in Education from Wilkes University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Kutztown University.

Beidelman's understanding of the student-athlete experience is rooted in his own accomplished playing career. A three-year varsity starter at Parkland High School, he was a two-time All-League selection, two-time All-Area selection, VIA All-Star, and scored 968 career points. He helped lead Parkland to multiple district and state tournament appearances before continuing his basketball career at Kutztown University on an NCAA Division II athletic scholarship.

At Kutztown, Beidelman was a four-year starter, two-year team captain, two-time Lehigh Valley Scholar-Athlete, and helped lead the program to two NCAA Division II Tournament appearances. He finished his collegiate career with more than 900 points scoredand ranks fifth all-time in career assists in program history.

As he begins leading the Vikings program, Beidelman is committed to creating a culture rooted in confidence, accountability, teamwork, and selflessness.

"I am very excited to join Allentown Central Catholic," said Beidelman. "I am excited to coach and lead student-athletes at ACCHS. I cannot wait to work with players and build up the program at a school like this. I am honored to be the next boys basketball coach."
