DIANE YOUNG

Principal

As an alumna of the ACCHS Class of 1986, I have always been proud of and grateful for the education and experiences I received here, and it is a privilege to share that same experience with today’s students. I am humbled and honored to have the opportunity to share 36 years of teaching, learning, and administrative experience with the Allentown Central Catholic community.

We are excited to welcome our students, families, faculty, and staff to the 2026–2027 school year! Whether you are returning to our community or joining us for the first time, we look forward to a year filled with growth, learning, faith, and new opportunities. Every person who walks through our doors is a valued member of the ACCHS community. Together, we will continue to foster an environment that is inspiring, challenging, and supportive—one where every student is encouraged to discover their gifts, pursue their goals, and thrive.

Faith, Excellence, and Tradition are at the heart of all we do at Allentown Central Catholic—whether in the classroom, on the athletic fields, in our extracurricular activities, or through service to our community. We are blessed with students who strive for excellence, families who provide unwavering support, and faculty and staff who are deeply committed to educating the whole student—academically, physically, socially, and spiritually.

This school year holds special significance as we celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Allentown Central Catholic at 4th and Chew Streets. This milestone is an opportunity to honor the rich history and proud traditions that have shaped our school while looking with excitement and hope toward our future.

As we begin this historic year, let us embrace every opportunity to learn, grow, serve, and celebrate together. May the 2026–2027 school year be filled with an abundance of curiosity, kindness, faith, and success.

Welcome back, and let’s make this a year to remember!
