The ACCHS Calendar Raffle is a fundraiser that helps our families
reduce the fundraising fee from their total tuition balance!


All ACCHS families have the opportunity to sell as many 12-month calendars as they wish.

Each calendar has a chance to win monetary amounts for every day of the calendar year.

Prize amounts range from $30 to $250! 


How the Calendar Raffle works:

  • Each calendar includes a four (4) digit number that will be entered into a monthly drawing.

  • A randomly generated list of numbers will be selected by ACCHS at the end of each month.

  • If a purchaser's number is selected, a check for the amount shown on their calendar for that day will be mailed to them.*  

  • The purchaser has the opportunity to win throughout the year!

*NOTE: It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the Finance Department

if his/her address changes throughout the current school year.

To participate in the Calendar Raffle fundraiser: Runs November and December of each year.

  • Complete the Calendar Raffle order form to receive calendars to sell.

  • Calendars will not be automatically distributed to students, parents must submit an order form. 

  • Calendars sell for $30 with $10 per calendar sold credited to the student's STS account balance.

  • Orders must be dropped off and picked up at the ACCHS Finance Department.


Deadlines and Details:

  • All sold calendar money and any unsold calendars must be returned to the ACCHS Finance Department.

  • Please make all checks payable to "ACCHS."

  • Families are responsible for all calendars ordered, so do not discard any calendars that are not sold. 

  • Family sales will be applied to the student's Simple Tuition Solutions (STS) account.

  • Invoices will be sent to families for any unsold calendars that are not returned to the Finance Department during the month of February.

  • IMPORTANT: Please return the ticket stub located on the Calendar Raffle with payment
