Class of 2020 Baccalaureate Mass & Conferral of Diplomas
Dear ACCHS Class of 2020 and Families,
Graduates — unless you directly sent an RSVP indicating that you are NOT attending, there is a seat reserved for you.
If you do not plan to attend and have not yet responded, please email amotley@acchs.info.
For friends and family who would like to view the ceremony, it will be live streamed on our ACCHS YouTube channel.
For those attending, PLEASE REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE ROCKNE HALL RAMP ENTRANCE BETWEEN 6:30 and 6:45pm.
This is the only entrance that will be accessible. Doors will open at 6:30pm
and we ask that all attendees be seated by 6:45pm for instructions prior to Mass.
Graduates may bring up to TWO GUESTS who must arrive at Rockne Hall with them.
No one will be admitted separately from their graduate host, and no additional guests will be admitted for any reason.
Appropriate masks MUST be worn correctly, NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED WITHOUT PROPERLY WEARING A MASK.
To facilitate a timely entrance into Rockne Hall, we ask that all attendees please self-screen before your arrival.
If you are not feeling well, have a temperature equal to or greater than 100.4°F, or are experiencing any symptoms,
please follow the CDC’s guidelines, stay home, and watch the live stream. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Graduates should wear their caps and gowns, along with any cords they received, and should be
dressed comfortably but professionally under their gown. A reminder that graduates should NOT add decoration to their caps.
We have secured and installed temporary air-conditioning units to assist in ventilation.
Please strictly observe social distancing while waiting to enter the building.
If there is a line please spread out, wear masks, and be considerate of those around you.
Graduates will be seated alphabetically in chairs on the floor of Rockne. Ushers will give each
graduate their row and seat number. An envelope on individual seats will include a graduate's name.
Guests will find their own seats in the bleachers. Programs and fans have been placed in areas where seating is permissible and signage
indicates rows and areas that should be left open. There will be faculty ushers to assist in this process. If you requested special seating
in your RSVP due to a physical limitation, please indicate that to one of the faculty ushers who will be able to direct you to your seats.
At the conclusion of Mass, the graduates will process out of Rockne Hall and guests will be
directed to the closest exits. Guests should plan to meet their graduates at their vehicle. We ask that you do not congregate around
the perimeter of the school or in Rockne Hall and are mindful of social distancing as you exit the building.
We are incredibly excited to welcome the
Class of 2020 back to Rockne Hall to celebrate together!
